To apply for a Heirship Certificate you need to have the following documents:
Family Registration Certificate
Death Certificate of the deceased
CNIC cancellation of the deceased
CNIC’s of all the family members
Documents/Details of movable/immovable properties of the deceased
Affidavit according to Pakistan Hindu Council’s format on Rs. 100 stamp paper
any other documents if required
The certificate is issued only after proper scrutinizing the case and a physical interview/presence conducted with all the family members at the PHC Office.
