Required documents to apply for a Marriage Certificate:

•  Duly filled Marriage certificate form
•  Passport-size photographs of both bride & groom
•  Wedding invitation cards from both the bride’s & groom’s side 
•  CNICs of both bride and groom and their parents if alive
•  Group family photograph from the wedding of both bride and groom
• Rs. 1000/- fees (cash)
