We are seeking a receptionist to join our team. The candidate will provide customer service and administrative support. The receptionist will greet visitors, manage incoming calls, handle inquiries and perform clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the office.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, transferring them, and taking messages.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other communications.
• Clerical Duties: Performing tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintaining the Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.
• Providing Information: Answering questions and providing information to visitors and callers.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed by the organization.

  Skills:

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Urdu and Sindhi languages(reading and writing)
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Proficiency with MS-Office
